Lead time is generally 3-6 business days for us to handcraft our non-custom hat collections to ship. For custom designs, your order usually ships 2-3 weeks after we have final approval of your patch design.

If you’re not happy with your Non-Customized hat for any reason please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any customized products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are not able to be resold.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Merchandise needs to be received back at our facility within 30 days of delivery date.  
Items must be returned in “like new” condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors.
We reserve the right to withhold refund if the product appears to be worn.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
All clearance item sales are final.
Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we’ll send you a notification that we got it and if we approve/reject the return. If you are approved then your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days to see the refund hit your account. 

No. We don’t a charge setup fee or a mockup fee on your custom patch order.

We will need a black and white image of your logo in a high resolution format. Our preferred file types are SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS.  Photographs, logos with color gradients, and low resolution files will not be accepted.

Free shipping includes the lower 48 states. HI, AK and any other country or area will have an additional charge added on a per quote basis.

• Any artwork or logos submitted to Aspen Hat Company for the purpose of production of a custom order will be accepted as free from any copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property rights infringement claims of a third party.
• The purchaser of our services further agrees to hold the Aspen Hat Company harmless in any legal claim arising out of alleged intellectual property rights infringement in reproduction of said artwork or logo.
• It is further understood that Aspen Hat Company offers no guarantee of confidentiality for any artwork or logo submitted by email, text, or other means. By submitting a logo to us via our Website or email, you hereby grant Aspen Hat Company irrevocable, limited, royalty-free, license to use your logo, and any products we create for you containing your logo, or any photographs or videos created thereby, on our website or platform for marketing, promotional, or advertisement purposes.
